Join the EEOC's Houston and Dallas Districts as they explore issues women face at work and discuss some practical solutions for making workplaces more inclusive. You will hear how we can make our workplaces safer and more equitable for women. You will learn how the law looks at discrimination against caregivers, people who are LGBT, and women who are pregnant. You will hear how microaggressions can polute workplaces, and you learn how both organizations and individuals can address these small, yet corrosive acts productively. REGISTER
