Indianapolis Workshop: Breaking Down Barriers In A Changing Workforce
Join your fellow human resource professionals, EEO managers and staff, attorneys, state and local officials, and union officials for this year’s Indianapolis District’s Virtual EEO Seminar. The Indianapolis District is combining our Detroit, Indianapolis, and Lexington EEO Seminars into one virtual seminar on April 21, 2021. This year's keynote speaker is Jocelyn Samuels, who is the Vice-Chair for the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. This year will feature legal updates on significant cases in the 6th and 7th Circuit as well as COVID-19 updates. Keith Hosey from the Department of Veterans Affairs will speak on barriers to employment for disabled veterans and Attorneys Alessandra Rosa, EEOC, and Amy Wilson, Frost Brown Todd, will discuss and answer questions about the Americans with Disabilities Act and reasonable accommodations.
